1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ba999a website at ba999a.onl, including all subpages, applications, and associated services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means any real-money funds held in a User's Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ba999a that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by ba999a before withdrawal of funds.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference timezone for all ba999a platform operations.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 To register an Account on ba999a, you must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances contained therein.

2.3 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.

2.4 ba999a reserves the right to refuse any registration, close any Account, or decline to process any transaction at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where ba999a suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation of identity, or violation of these Terms.

2.5 You may not open an Account on behalf of another person, use another person's identity, or allow another person to use your Account. Account sharing is prohibited.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3.1 ba999a is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Account holders to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal request.

3.2 Accepted verification documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driver's licence. Proof of address may also be requested, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days.

3.3 Until KYC verification is complete, ba999a may restrict withdrawals, limit deposit amounts, or place other reasonable restrictions on the Account. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period.

3.4 ba999a may request additional documentation at any time if required by our internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension.

3.5 All personal documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with ba999a's Privacy Policy and are protected by SSL encryption during transmission and storage.

4 Deposits

4.1 ba999a accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit imposed by ba999a, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your ba999a wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.4 ba999a does not charge fees for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own standard transaction charges.

4.5 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ba999a will not process deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits from unidentified or mismatched sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the ba999a Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ba999a's payments team.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Verified accounts (KYC complete) receive priority withdrawal processing. ba999a targets same-day processing for verified accounts. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is released.

5.4 ba999a reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

5.5 Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if ba999a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or if a chargeback dispute is pending on the Account.

5.6 In cases of Account closure — whether initiated by the User or by ba999a — any verified outstanding Balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 ba999a offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions of this clause.

6.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they can be transferred to the real-money Balance and withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated on each individual promotion page.

6.3 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds may only be used on slots and selected casino games. Live dealer games, sports betting markets, and certain table games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.

6.4 ba999a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time. In such cases, any bonus funds already credited will be removed from the Account, but wagered real-money funds will not be affected.

6.5 Players who attempt to exploit bonus offers — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or any form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for potential closure.

7 Games, Sports Betting & Fair Play

7.1 ba999a offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, slots, crash games, and a sports betting sportsbook covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All games are sourced from licensed third-party studios and providers.

7.2 All slot and automated casino games on ba999a use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to confirm fair and unpredictable outcomes. ba999a does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 Sports betting odds and markets are set by ba999a's sportsbook team. ba999a reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was posted with an obvious pricing error. Void bets will be refunded to the Account Balance in full.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a live game or bet, ba999a's records shall be the final authoritative record. In cases of genuine server error, ba999a will make a fair determination on a case-by-case basis.

7.5 The use of automated betting software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ba999a platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the ba999a platform's technical infrastructure.
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another player, ba999a staff member, or any third party.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

9 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

9.1 ba999a is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide all Account holders with access to the following tools at no cost: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.

9.2 To activate any responsible gaming tool, contact our support team via Telegram (@ba999a_support) or email ([email protected]). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

9.3 Once a permanent self-exclusion is activated, ba999a will make all reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms.

9.4 ba999a does not extend credit to players. ba999a does not permit players to wager funds they do not currently hold in their Account Balance.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ba999a platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and the ba999a brand mark — is the intellectual property of ba999a or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 ba999a provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, ba999a does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, free from interruption, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ba999a shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical error or service interruption.

11.3 ba999a's total aggregate liability to any User for any direct loss or damage shall not exceed the value of the User's Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 You may close your ba999a Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure request, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC review or investigation.

12.2 ba999a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ba999a reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

12.3 In cases of Account closure initiated by ba999a due to a confirmed Terms violation, any Balance associated with the violation (including winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited in full.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 ba999a collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.2 ba999a uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is stored securely and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13.3 ba999a may share Account information with payment processors, identity verification partners, and fraud prevention services as necessary to deliver Platform services. All third-party partners are bound by confidentiality obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ba999a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ba999a will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account.

14.2 Your continued use of the ba999a Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ba999a makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh.

15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and ba999a, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ba999a's internal support and complaints process. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".

15.3 ba999a aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final determination within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, ba999a will communicate the available next steps to the Player.
